By plane

• Prat Airport Barcelona: the airport is about 122 km from Olot. You can reach the centre of Barcelona to connect with TEISA buses by train or airbus.
• Girona-Costa Brava Airport:  it is located about 66 km from the city of Olot. A shuttle connects it with the Girona bus station, where you can reach La Garrotxa with TEISA buses.

By bus

• To get to Olot: Lines from Barcelona, Girona, Figueres, Ripoll, Vic, etc., offers by the company TEISA. See timetables.
• TEISA Bus Interurbà: The fastest Interurban Bus route from Barcelona is Olot-Vic-Barcelona via Bracons. Buses leave for Barcelona from Carrer Tarragona 129 and Av. Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 658 and arrive at the bus station in Olot.
• TEISA bus tickets cannot be purchased in advance online or on the TEISA website but are purchased at ticket offices near bus stations or on the bus itself.
• The TEISA bus company has a public service office in the Eixample district of Barcelona. The place is on the mezzanine level 2 B at number 26 on Carrer Roger de Llúria, 50 meters from the stop. Users of the TEISA lines have a waiting room, toilets, and a free luggage room at their disposal. You can also resolve service-related incidents and purchase or manage various vouchers, such as the Valor Card (prepaid wallet card that can be topped up and shared) and the T-10/120 (10 trips that can be spent over 120 days, also multi-person). No appointment is required for this service.
• To move within the Garrotxa region: On working days, the Transversal Bus runs between Besalú and the Plaines d’Hostoles. See timetables.
• Within Olot, the urban buses of Olot (TPO) run from Monday to Saturday. See TPO timetables.

By car

• From Barcelona: C-17 fins a Vic + C-37 (eix Vic-Olot per Bracons)
• From the centre of the Iberian Peninsula: A-2 to Cervera, continue on the C-25 until the height of Vic, continue on the C-17 and then the C-37 in Olot through the Bracons tunnels.
• From the rest of Europe: A-9 and AP-7 motorways to Figueres Sud + C-26 and N-260 to Besalú and A-26 motorway to Olot

By train

The train does not arrive in La Garrotxa.

• Although the Vic railway station is the closest to La Garrotxa, the one in Girona is the largest and has more and better connection possibilities. Right next to it is the bus station that connects to Olot.
• There are also some bus connections from Figueres.
• In addition, mid-distance, long-distance and high-speed trains from Barcelona, Paris, Madrid, Toulouse, and Marseille stop at Girona and Figueres stations.
• You can also get to Torelló or Ripoll by train and from there by bus to Olot, although there are few frequencies.

General Conditions
The prices are per person, with entry on Sunday before 9:00 p.m. and departure in the mornoonre noon.
The price includes accommodation, tourist tax, and 10% VAT.
There will be two weekly cleaning services with a change of toStandards.

Booking
This agreement of Hotel La Perla with RCR Lab·A has a discount of approximately 30% on the regular rate, so participants are recommended to make the reservation and pay the booking total before Ju , 15.

• Cand dates admitted, and the RCR Summer Workshop teaching team will have access to a reservation at Hotel La Perla based on a list provided by RCR Lab·A. The list will be for confidential use to manage reservations and will contain only their name/s and the course to which they have been admitted.
• The hotel reception will manage the reservations.
• The distribution and allocation of places for shared accommodation will be random and will consider the type of accommodation chosen by the workshop participants.
• The price is net. The customer pays international bank fees.

General Terms and Conditions
All the apartments have a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils (except the oven), a bathroom with a shower, a living room, one or two bedrooms and balcony(s) with views of the mountains of La Garrotxa, the garden or the church of Sant Esteve /Calle Mayor.

Cleaning Service
There will be a weekly cleaning service with a change of towels and sheets and another change of towels mid-week.

A prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the accommodation reservation. The balance is to be paid on the day of arrival.
Candidates admitted and the RCR Summer Workshop teaching team will have access to a reservation at El Jardinet de Sant Esteve based on a list provided by RCR Lab·A. The list will be for confidential use to manage reservations and will contain only their name/s and the course to which they have been admitted.
The price is net, not including international bank charges.
